repeating sound every 20 seconds after 5 updates

(These were the optional updates)The 5 updates:

- Bing Desktop v1.1
- Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems(KB2574819)
- Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems(KB2592687)
- Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems(KB2709981)

I unstalled all 5 of them but 1 din't reappear in the windows update program.

This happened before and I used system restore to fix it back then, and now I uninstalled them, And I'm sill hearing this retarded sound whenever i'm watching a video or listening to music.

Heres the thing, my screen freezes for only a few seconds then keeps going and always here a sound the repeats inself by 1 second. when ever it freezes, it randomly freezes through 1-5 seconds, you could say its picking the amount of seconds it freezes and sounds.

The last update started with the word "Intel(R)" and System restore won't work now, I think it might not work because I uninstalled the updates.
