Windows 7: No sound in windows 7

I need help please i dont have sound in windows 7
i was using OS xp and the sound some times working and sometimes not.
and i setup windows 7 but no sound in my computer

when iam trying to play movie or song i hear nothing and i see the attached Photo (Sound 1) when i open the sound icon
and in the attached system details.

note that i was used windows 7 around 6 month before and the sound was ok when i change from 7 to xp the problem start

The first thing I see is you do not have the correct sound driver installed.

Here is the link to the ASUS site downloads for Vista 64 bit. The Vista sound drivers will work for Win 7.,

Click Start, - Control Panel - Sound - Take a screen shot of this, and upload it for me.

Is the only drivers, availabe for XP?

OK I think I found the correct driver.
