Any device connected to the PC that also has its own AC (mains) power can cause the ground loop hum, if it is a ground loop hum problem. I used to be a guitar amp tech and "fought" a lot of these problems.

I think we are getting somewhere
first I want to describe my work desk..2 monitors, next to them sits the pc ,just to the right of the pc is another monitor, which goes to another pc(#2) that sits on the floor about 5 feet away..this pc is connected to my main pc by way of a router..(another pc(#3) is also connected to this router. It is across the room.
I decided to turn off (not unplug), just turn off #2 I leave it on 24/7..the buzzing stopped..almost..so I unplugged everything connected with this Pc..no buzzing,,It was surreal.........I couldn't believe what happened.I sat here and wanted to cry.
Now the next test is: was it the pc#2 or the router.I will deal with this tomorrow..
Just please know how MUCH I appreciate your help..I am so grateful that you responded to my plea.

Great. Having dealt with this problem many times, yours sounded exactly like a ground loop hum problem.

moving the other monitor and unplugging the other pc fixed it for 1 day..the next day,I pushed my pc back a little on my desk and it started buzzing..do you think I need to replace every cable (one by one) Maybe I should unplug EVERY THING (OMG).clean, wash walls and windows and then plug in one at a time..I hate this
