xfi problems with sound
as you certainly read I've got problems with the new windows and my soundcard + drivers.
my soundcard is a creative xfi audio
and the os is the 64bit Windows 7 ultimate.
okay.. well I found some new drivers on the creative homepage.. and the driver works.. but there is a problem with the quality of the sound coming out of the speakers..
its just crap. well I hoped that this could be solved by activating the hd onboard chip and the realtek hd audi-manager.
but its still annoying.
there is no bass.. more specifically no lower frequencies.
all in all there are drivers, sound comes out of the speakers but it sounds like crap.
either this is just because of the bad driver support or I'm just too stupid. (I don't think so )
is the issue with the xfi cards known?
and the realtek drivers as well..
