I think this has to do with the proprietary audio software that your laptop uses. Did you clone the recovery partition as well? can you load the recovery and see if it can repair it/install its own
drivers/software?
if all else fails, reinstall windows. and install the
driver but not the software. if it still doesn't work, install the proprietary software. if that doesn't work, contact Lenovo and get a install disc from them.
