the hdmi is part of the video device on the motherboard ,so its video device chip dependent ,so make sure you have the latest video driver for that motherboard .
when i search the motherboard listed in the speecy report all i find are computers with that model #


latest drivers from nvidia for your video chipset ,the 9200 is listed ,and the date is the 25th of march 2013 .

According to this website you been dealing with this sense January 27 AX3400 U3032 No sound or icon for hdmi - Acer Support Community and we have tried all the obvious things here with you, I don't think there's much else we can do. You must have some kind of hardware problem all I can suggest is taking it to a repair shop and see what they say.
