Some programes stop my audio

Okay this happened a bit ago when I ran a certain program then all other audio Game sound youtube cut off

Known offenders: Starcraft 2 heart of the swarm
Mumble
Skype
Teamspeak??? Do not know

When ever I am in one of these programs my youtube sound just cuts off

I have beats audio

Okay another bump basic overview when in some programmes such as skype and mumble it kills all other audio such as in game and youtube

It's probably an option in control panel -> Hardware and Sounds -> Sounds -> Guide: Communication: Reduce sound of other devices when in voice call (or something like that)
