Audio adapter failure, recognizes headphones that are not attached
I have a Dell XPS series which has a problem with its audio adapter.
It detects a device attached nevertheless the device is not attached, because it says that it is attached the speakers of my laptop don't make a sound. Can somebody help me with this and see if it is either a hardware or software problem, and if software help solve it?
