I couldn't find a x64 driver for my X-Fi Audio card (The creative site doesn't work for me for some reason). When I installed Seven x64 a driver was automatically installed. Might give it a try before you spend money on a new card, unless your wanting to upgrade anyway.

Here is the driver that you need.

Been there. But I was more persistent this time and finally got to the download.
Thanks.

Well I have sound but NO Mic.
Windows 7 64bit
Creative PCI Express X-FI
Creative needs to write some drivers for us!! There are other sound cards out there that Have drivers.
They have beta drivers for your card.

If you plan to go 64-bit I suggest that you stay clear of the Creative offerings, there's a ton of problems... I tossed my X-Fi for the Asus Xonar and never looked back :)
If you're the slightest interested in getting Hi-Fi quality sound out of your PC, get the new Asus Xonar Essence - it kicks butt!
One other thing you can do is just use the onboard sound. I was into all those cards and I haven't used a sound card in over 6 yrs a waste of time and money.
Not since my Ensoniq AudioPCI 1370 which Creative acquired and promptly orphaned. I vowed never to buy another Creative product again. Onboard sound soon obviated any need of mine for discrete audio componentry and ever since then I've not had a single pernicious driver problem like all the Creative customers we here from constantly.
