    Audacity Export As MP3

I want to download Lame as suggested. Should I trust the site where it is to be downloaded. I just recovered from some potentially devastating viruses after downloading a couple of free programs (Fontcreator being one of them). Thanks to Compofix, my computer is back to it's lightening fast processing.

That appears to be what pops up when you are trying to save as mp3? The .dll will come from a trusted site.

Be sure you're offered only the lame_enc.dll.

Yeah that lame_enc .dll is legit.

There are other places to find it if it appears to not work:

    lame_enc.dll free download - DLL-files.com

Download the zip-file in grey at the bottom, not the orange fixer.

    MP3 - Burn In NeroExpress

Thanks for the response. Solved exporting from Audacity as MP3 but Nero does not recognize the MP3 (does not show up in Nero when browsing to burn). My goal is just to burn my created MP3's. Thanks.

Audacity site does offer a helpul help page about it, here, where they give you the official link to the LAME's owner site, and how to do it.

You can use WMP's built-in burning utility, but has fewer options.
