[Help]Sounds cut off when switching between programs in Windows 7

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I am seeking for some help.
I've been having this problem for quite a while but didn't really bother to look it up, but now it starting to bug me so here's how it is:

I'm using a HDMI that connect to my TV from my GTX 560Ti and I stream sounds from it, so I'm running desktop at 1360x768 resolution, and when im playing bf3 at 1920x1080 (i know its not my native resolution but i like my HUD further apart for more field of view) and whenever i alt+tab or switch from any windows that currently running on my desktop (from 1360x768 resolution) to bf3 or any game that is running on a different resolution, my sounds got cut off for a moment until it successfully switched to the new resolution. so i was wonder if there are any way prevent that from happening without using native resolution on my games, ask if u need for info!

Hello and welcome survivor mate I am no expert but I think that this is a little time lag that connected to you changing resolution.

The only suggestion I can make is that you hook the audio via some other method either that or use DVI and an alternative method Either way it mean two cables eh?

Maybe someone here better than me can think of a way of syncing it better.
