High Definition Audio Device(Code error 10)

Howdy folks, I recon most of you probably seen this problem before. I browsed around the forums and the internet a bit to see if somebody was successful in solving it. No luck so far.

All people who had this problem I seen online had Realtek Audio Drivers, I have VIA HD Audio Deck. When I go in control panel>device manager I see a faulty Audio Device with Code 10, the device is manufactured by Microsoft, not VIA. I tried uninstalling it but it reinstalls right away and still shows up as faulty with code error 10. I also tried uninstalling all VIA HD Audi drivers but that didn't help either.

    Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77MX-D3H
    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
GPU :EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB
    CPU: Intel core i5 3550 3.3GHZ
Sound cards: (1) NVIDIA High Definition Audio (2) High Definition Audio Device (3) High Definition Audio Device

I don't get the last two. Only one of them seems to be working and it's also manufactured by Microsoft.

All drivers are up to date.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Isn't that the latest one? Because I did state I updated to the latest driver in the OP.
