Audiodg.exe process problem...again

So,let's start with my specs...
I have AMD x2 5600+ inside-black edition(or 5400+,I'm not sure),4GB RAM@800Mhz,ATI 4670/512MB,and few not so importan componenents,so I think that is quite good configuration considering I have it almost 2 years till now.
Soetimes, even at the same moment when I start my PC,Audiodg.exe process takes almost 50-60% of CPU usage(abut 30-40% is the most of the time),and that problem started to appear recently, maybe a month or two, after a last reinstall. In task manager it says"Windows Audio Graph Isolation",and when I try to open the place of that process,it is placed in system32(even if I have 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate).
As you can all see,I'm not smart enough to solve that problem all by my self, and I cant't evenunderstand what is happening inside my PC because iti takes almost 50% of CPU even if there is no sound activated anywhere(what is the most of the time at the start, and no gaming or multimedia playing of course).
I have integrated 7+1 onboard Realtek sound card.
So,my question is what can causing that big amount of CPU usage of,in my opinion,"dead" process?
Is there any way that I can lower down that CPU usage, because it is the main reason(beside one of the famous svchost.exes) what is causing my CPU usage jumps at the 70,80 or sometimes even on 100% of CPU usage, together with 1-2% of some usual CPU tasks.
Of course,I can kill that svchost.exe when I spot it goes high from time to time(and of course,I can't see anything is "missing" when I kill it,and it lowers down my CPU usage, but Audiodg.exe remains at least at 25-30 or even 40% at it's best moments.
So what can I do with that Audiodg process,or what SHOULD I do to lower it at least at 10% of CPU usage?Maybe someone noticed some driver related problem which I doubt because I believe that I allways have latest drivers for all components?
I'm sorry on my bad english, but I hope that you have all understood what is my problem and with what answer I would be happy and realy very, very greatfull.
Thank you on all you suggestions in advance.
