Try a Manual install of the drivers
through the device manager.
Download the ZIP version of the driver
from realtek (if you have been using executable version) and extract the folder (to desktop or your choice)
Then in the device manager right click a HD adio device and select update driver, Browse my computer, Specify the 64bit or 32bit section of the extracted folder as required. Hopefully this is the job done, repeat for other "HD audios" as needed.
If the driver scanner does not recognise any compatible drivers, you have a problem, you can force them manually by selecting "let me choose a drive" and then pressing have disk, but that realtek driver covers hundreds of devices, you will struggle to find the right .inf for your needs.
