    On Screen Sound Bar issue

Hey there, up until around a few days ago when i would adjust the sound there would be an on screen dialogue that would appear showing me how far my volume was turned up(several bars) also when caps lock was on it would have a little padlock show on screen, these have stopped appearing, any fixes? or am i just being silly?
    Cheers,
    Michael

yeah all function keys work, i just dont see onscreen atm, when i could see the onscreen dialogue the volume would turn from 0 to full in about 5 presses, without it, it now seems to take around 20 presses to get from 0-full, thanks

Yes that's what i thought the problem was .. You need to go to the Packard Bell website and download the Software for the Hotkeys .. If you cannot find it let me know your Model Number
