Disable Google playing music on homepage

Suddenly Google added an annoying feature by playing silly music on the homepage.
How do I get rid of that?

Stopped the audiomixer Google playing music.

Can't find any link to a mysterious "Musicmanager", so can't uninstall it either.

Google is celebrating 25 years. It will not be there homepage for long. Just click the speaker icon right below the E on the homepage, that will disable it.....

    Thanks for the reply.
Since I installed an Addblocker I didn't see the speaker-icon in Google logo.

It doesn't help to stop the mixer on google, because youtube also won't be playing anymore.

Not sure why it's auto playing for you though, I had to click the play button.

Yes I've noticed that later. (*Disabled the Google logo and animations)
But starting up the silly music was there again.
Why is there no choice or option to disable such things?
Listening to much more beautiful music or even recording, you don't want this kind of ad on's.
*Also disabled all sounds on Windows.
Don't feel the need to let every move to be accompanied by sound.

    Something has changed today.

Since I added my own background, (addon) I've haven't seen Google bottom bar or the dotted option to display buttons like G.Mail or Youtube etc.
Lately with the animated logo this bar popped up again.

But now it has disappeared again as it should do and with it the sound?
So there might be a relation?

    Thanks for the reply.

Just another reason to avoid using Google. I detest sites which have music or other audio automatically turned on when you enter the site, especially when I can't quickly find a way to shut it off, if I can find a way at all.

Nothing wrong with my new PC.
Weird options of Google are wrong.
I didn't switch something on (button not visible because of ad-blocker active.
They should respect the integrity of users.
Ads are annoying in itself to also being accompanied by sound.
Take radio or tv with deafening blasts with any announcement.
Would you like that on your PC as well? Heavens no!
    Disturbs my thoughts.
We now have a spyware camera, a listening microphone and unwanted sound.

Have you scanned your system recently for Spyware and Malware?
