X-Fi Xteme Music, 7 drivers from creative site. Only problem is songbird volume dipping while playing games. Windows 7 issue for sure, probably a fix somewhere on here, too lazy to find it.

My Creative Audigy SE had no Bass on Windows 7 7100 with the beta driver from Creative on a 5.1 sound system... on 2.0 it worked like a charm!
I`m waiting for new drivers from Creative!

HT OMEGA Claro Plus. Took some tinkering but got all functions to work. Just don't click the Claro Icon, causes system to search for over five minutes for something, not sure what, but locks system from another other function

    Xonar DX

I picked up one of the Asus Xonar DX and I'm pretty pleased so far.

Used the 64bit Vista drivers (had to install in compatibility mode) but everything seems good.

It even let's me run my system with the memory hole enabled, which my X-Fi card disallowed.

Update: The latest Asus Xonar drivers for Win 7 work perfectly however...for the drivers to work properly with the newer versions of Win7 "7200 and up" you will need to install the patch from the Xonar driver Vista 64 page in the Asus driver download section. It's right at the top of the page.

The patch description doesn't say anything about this fix but it works perfectly none the less.

If you don't install the patch you will see that IE locks up and most of the control panel is non operational.

It's best to install both the Win7 Asus Xonar drivers and the Vista patch before rebooting. The patch only takes one second to install.

My Audigy2 PlatinumX works perfectly using Daniel_K's Audigy Series Vista drivers (SBAXWXCD). Windows 7 performs better than XP and Vista for multimedia on my system.

I'll add the Auzentech X-Fi Prelude 7.1 using the existing Vista drivers. All related software eg: Alchemy, and X-Fi control panel works as intended.
