Ok, thanks. There's a volume control "mouse" with what looks like a single volume wheel. Is there a separate volume control for the base speaker? Just curious since mine has separate controls.

The RAVcpl64.exe is the control panel Audio Manager. If it's not present, the install didn't finish.

I also have to apologize for a late night brain fog event when I said to uninstall the drivers through the Device Manager. I was mistaken. The entire package should have been uninstalled on the Program and Features option from the Control Panel. That may have caused the problem with the install.

Sooooooooo. It looks like you may have to try the uninstall and reinstall again. This time, uninstall from the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Reboot, then do the Lenovo install.

But did the Program and Features uninstall screen return with the Realtek driver absent from the list?
