Ok. Now click on the Details tab and under Property, use the dropdown menu arrow and select Hardware IDs. Right click on the first line and paste it into your next message. Or post a good snip of the window. (So I can read it.)

Ok, that's good. I just wanted to verify that it was indeed a Realtek 272 chip before continuing.

Uninstall the driver, reboot then try the Lenovo install.

No luck. I uninstalled the driver>reboot>Without starting the setup it automatically installs the driver (High Definition Audio device) not realtek. So what I did is Uninstalled the HD audio device from device manager>install the lenovo drivers>reboot>when windows starts it automatically starts Windows troubleshooter and fixes the problem and installs the HD audio driver not the realtek.

But the in the Programs and Features it shows Realtek HD Audio device is installed. I tried searching ravcpl but nothing showed.

Windows will automatically try to install default drivers for a device that has none. But the new drivers should install over the defaults. There seems to be some compatibility issues or the install file(s) are corrupt. I wonder if it's an Authority issue. Do you sign on with a user name?

Does the Realtek Audio Manager appear in the Control Panel?

Try this; right click on the Lenovo installer and click Run as Administrator.
