How can I use 2 audio outputs at once?

I use an HDMI cable to connect my PC to my TV to watch TV shows. I would like to separate and choose what program audio comes from which device. I would like, say for example, Garry's Mod to come from my PC speakers while Windows Media Player comes though my TV speakers. When I go to start>search> sound (as seen in screenshot), I can only choose one to set as default device. Then chosen device plays both programs' audio.

I know it's possible by some means because Skype does this on it's own. When my default device is my TV, even if it's playing sound, talking to someone on Skype always comes through my PC.

Any help would be appreciated :)

Unless you have a special application, such as Skype, you can't have two. Windows will only allow one default audio playback device, e.g. "Speakers" or "HDMI" but not both and audio applications will use the default audio playback device. The Skype application (owned by Microsoft) apparently has the software needed to do that.

This question, or a similar question, comes up frequently. Always the same answer.

Apologies, I searched around and didn't find a definite answer. So there's no 3rd party programs that would allow me to do this?

I found a little map of Mechanicsburg. It's a little old.

I know I'm a little late but thanks anyway. And I'm from around the Altoona realm, we're only about 2 hours away.
