Windows7 asio priority is causing processes to block each other.

    When i try to test speakers with another application open .........
    Like this.

    I followed the tutorial on how to start an application with an elevated priority from the context menu. It did nothing so is this even an asio priority issue. ?........

    Did latency check...................no problems there.
