ok I think i know what you ment. I went to update driver and went to the list of drivers and I selected the only one for RealTek but when it tried to install it it said this device can not start

If you know what hardware you have,
Control Panel
Hardware and Sound
Under Device's and Printers should be an icon "Device Manager" (in category view)
Open it
Right click the name (in my case Daniel-PC,just over Computer on the list)
Click Add legacy Hardware
Next
Advanced (install manually)
Pick the type your missing from the list
Pick the Manufacturor
Next
It should try to install it then
ok i got it fixed...I removed the pci sound card cuz with that in my computer it wasnt turning on the onboard soundcard.. thanks for the help tho :)
