USB Headphone and mic, picking up electronic noise.

Heyyooooo guis, long time. (2 months)

I have a little problem here. I have a Microsoft LifeChat lx-3000 USB Headset and I have had no trouble until now.

I recently had to buy a GTX 750 and that meant taking all my stuff out of my Inspiron 580s chassis (low profile) and put it BACK in my old ATX case. Since the 750 is not a low profile card it is too big.

OK so everything is running fine except the mic. Let me add that I never had this problem before with this case. When im playing games with voice chat and recording with Audacity, I am getting what I think is electric noise. I have tried a few things.
i noticed the noise gets louder as i do CPU intensive tasks depending on load, like loading minecraft or chrome. There is a link where i uploaded the sound to, because its over the attachment limit of 7 forums.

    ATTACHMENTS

but i noticed the noise gets louder as i do CPU intensive tasks depending on load, like loading minecraft or chrome.

    I HAVE
-tested the headset on another pc (works fine)
-changed USB ports, front and back
-wiped old drivers and reinstalled new ones.
-touched the case, to see if i could stop it, no cigar

There are lots of solutions which i have tried online, nothings worked so far.

    PLEASE HELP MY TRUSTWORTHY FRIENDS!

By the way if anyone knows a free place to upload the sound without needed to download it, that would be nice. But i promise its a single.wav file and its virus free
