    G35 Headset causing PC issues

Everytime I plug in my G35 headset(usb), any platform of audio/media stops working and will freeze. Any online videos will not play and when I access audio files media player just freezes. I have re installed the drivers before and it didn't seem to help. This only started happening recently and I've been using the headset for 1-2 years now.

Plus no sound comes from the headset but after I plug it out my speakers don't have sound either and I have to restart pc to fix it.

I had a similar problem with my G35 headset, a while ago..
I solved it by re-installing the latest Realtek sound driver..

    - do you have any info on the sound-card on your motherboard
    - Realtek is an industry favourite, but Dell may have their own brand..

    - check with Dell, if necessary - they may even have drivers for it..:)

    G35 Headset causing PC issues

realtek high definition audio, I re installed the drivers and the problem is still occurring.

In the past 24 hours I've gotten 0x0000019 bad pool header BSOD while starting up PC while having my headset connected, it will restart and then boots up normally.

And I've already reinstalled realtek sound drivers

Having the wireless adapter plugged in or not didn't make a effect on the BSOD, however it has crashed with the same error before with and without the headset plugged in. Sometimes when headsets plugged in and PC starts without BSOD it slows down the entire PC and nothing will load, other times it's perfectly fine.

Oh and: All of the BSODS i've been having no matter what error code has an issue with ntoskrnl.exe

I haven't been receiving BSODs after I updated but I'm still getting pc issues involving the headset.

Got 2 0x0000019 BSOD while booting up. Before that, my wireless adapter kept disconnecting its self and when I replugged it, PC froze and when i restarted it came with a bsod
