No Voices in Games/Videos when in Skype

I already made a post on the skype official support forums couple weeks if not months back but never got a reply.
Dont really know if this should be in the Gaming section on here , but since i also got it with some video files i guess it belongs here.

I already removed the lower volume of everything when i enter a call so thats not it.
Also i only have a headset (Logitech G35) no speakers or anything else.

I got a pretty weird problem and i've had it for over a year now, when i enter a skype call i lose all the voices in certain games and with the video files mp4 and mkv , Youtube and Mp3's ect are still perfectly fine though.
Even if i drop the call its still gone , it only comes back when i restart the whole PC and not enter a skype call.

With Games everything from the music to effects from gunshots/fireballs are still fine , its only the voices that disappear.

With video's lets say i'm watching a Comedy show , the voices are gone but i still hear the music and laughter in the background whenever a joke is made.

Some games i experienced this (Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, Skyrim, Mass Effect Trilogy, Batman Trilogy, Dragon Age, Tomb Raider ect)

EDIT: Like right now , a friend called me to ask something i hung up after explaining it to him (2min call).
Tried to play New Vegas no voices and afterwards tried to watch Hellsing Ultimate (mkv) also no voices.
I turned up VLC to 250% and i hear voices slightly but with an echo and muffled but i cant watch like this since effects are on the normal volume.

I hope someone here knows whats going on , because i have no clue what so ever =/.
