According to the Lenovo site, this PC came with Windows 8. The Dolby may be designed for Win 8 and does not work on Win 7. Also, do you have the correct sound driver from Lenovo? If you only have the generic, basic function, Windows installed HD Audio Codec that could also be the problem.

The "High Definition Audio Device" , if that is what is listed, as I previously noted is not the correct sound driver.

The G570, has Conexant Sound listed on the Lenovo downloads for this model. First step is to install the correct sound driver.

The PCEE is a Dolby driver package, that you apparently do not have. You will have to get that to install Dolby, after you install the correct sound driver.
