    VLC Player

    Good day to all.
Have just installed the VLC player,Working okay.
Just one question I have my music on a secondary internal drive,So the music folder is not on the C drive.
How can I configure the VLC player to recognise my music folder,Is it possible that to import my music on to the VLC Player or shall I use it as a player by selecting an album from my music folder and select play with VLC??
Does it have the facility to import music from another drive?
    Many Thanks.

As far as I am aware of VLC Media Player, it is a "simple, fast and powerful media player" to quote its website. You open something in VLC and it'll play it back for you, nice and simple. No need to deal with player-specific media libraries and all that arguably useless stuff.

Also, keep in mind that Windows can do a pretty decent job of playing the role of media library if you want that kind of organization. Windows Explorer is very powerful if you know how to use it.

King Arthur,Many thanks for the info.I Guess I'll just use it a player and select the music folder I wish to play and go from there.
    Many thanks.

If you are looking for a quick way to access that folder, then you can try to create its shortcut on desktop!

Or you could make VLC the default player for your music file types. Then, you just go to your music folder, select what you want, then open it. VLC will automatically play it.
