Microphone is really too quiet if i'm not REALLY close to it (like touching my mouth). It used to work fine and loud from about 4 - 5 feets away before :S what can i do??

    Thing I already tried:

    -Windows volume level at max.
    -Boost +30dB.
-Same in VIA HD Audio Deck (full Vol and amp +30dB).
    -Enhancements checked/unchecked (both options).
    -Exclusive control from application checked/unchecked.
-Re-installed drivers (I tried even without drivers, just let windows install them on its own).
    -Tried other mic.

    Didn't got a solution

+Guess the problem started when I did a clean Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit installation a few weeks ago. Previously I had the same OS and there was no problem...
+I've been using this one for years and had no problem until now: http://www.cgsinformaticas.com.ar/ca...T%20SK-916.jpg

    Obs:
1_ Does drivers have something to do with Voltages levels reaching the mic at the sound card?
2_ Is there any possibility of having installed a wrong driver that is in conflict with the right one?

Any help is welcome, thank you!

Try to uninstall the audio component of your graphic card or reinstall your graphic drivers without the audio component
