New programs start with audio at 100%. How to fix it?
Whenever I start a new program in windows seven, audio mixer creates a new volume control for it. This volume control already starts at the 100%. Can I make any new program that is detected by the mixer is started in a specific volume? For example, 20% of the volume. Is it possible?
