Windows only allows one default audio playback device. Thus you can't use both. There may be some 3rd party program somewhere that will do that, but I don't know of any.

Jack - 77 and a Florida retiree. My hearing isn't too good either. I just got hearing aids.

    Bluetooth plus Computer speakers

Since I am unable to use the computer speakers, can I use a Bluetooth speaker with my Bluetooth Earbuds On the same computer?.

As fireberd stated, Windows only allows 1 audio playback device. I don't think you will be able to find any solution using the Bluetooth earbuds and internal speakers.

What you could do is get a Y cable to plug into the earphone jack on your laptop. That should allow you to connect external speakers to one side of the Y and earbuds to the other side of the Y. Example: Belkin 3.5mm to 2x 3 Pin 3.5mm Headset Splitter Adapter - Audio cable M/2F - F8V234 - Audio/Video Cables - CDW.com
