i cant hear games/sportify etc when im skyping and i dont know how to fix it here is a screen dump

In the Recording Section of the Sound Panel, do you have Stereo Mix set as the default recording device? That may help.
In the Sound Panel Recording Section, RIGHT click in an empty area and then click to select Show Disabled Devices and Show Disconnected Devices. If Stereo Mix is now shown, you can enabled it and make it the default recording device.
Do you happen to have "System Mixer" instead of Stereo Mix?
Check with the PC vendor for an updated IDT sound driver. If there is no updated driver, reinstall the current driver.
