Audio error 1079 and 1086 help!

I know that this is a common issue. I can't run the Windows Audio service. I've tried the playing audio troubleshooter, checked the services manually, uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. The red "x" is still above the speaker logo. The power is running in services as well. All the needed dependencies are started. Windows audio endpoint builder boots as 'started', but will wind up hanging on starting after trying to start Windows Audio. This issue randomly happened after I installed blutooth drivers for my usb dongle to have better functionality with my PS3 controller. When this occurred, my theme was set to basic, and I did not have a connection to the internet. Now the audio services not running is the last issue here. I feel like I tried everything, but maybe I'm missing an option that actually works.

    Specs:
Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium
    16gb 4x4 ram
    AMD Phenom II @3.8ghz
    HIS Radeon HD 6770

Most of these, that I see posted, wind up having to reinstall Windows 7 (a clean install).

I can't really afford a reinstall of Windows 7. There has to be a way to fix this. I read most sources saying the issues i had about internet connectivity and my display theme being stuck on basic would lead to a Windows 7 reinstall and there wound up being solutions.

I'm just reporting what most have involved. Depending on the specific issues there are some that were able to fix it, but the majority that I've seen have had to do a reinstall.

As this happened after the Bluetooth driver install. Try a System Restore with an available restore point that is before the Bluetooth and problem. Someone with more OS knowledge may have more suggestions. That may be an issue for a different forum section, even though its a sound problem.
