Bluetooth Headset Not Plugged In Error
Greetings, everyone.
I've searched far and wide for a solution to this problem, but with no luck. So I'm placing my bets on this forum, hope you can help me resolve this.
I recently bought Bluetooth PRIME headphones by Ms Industrial Ltd. and tried to connect them to my laptop using a Bluetooth adapter with Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba drivers. The headphones are easily detected, but it seems that every time I try to establish a connection between them and my laptop, Bluetooth Assistant prompts me with a message:
Your Bluetooth sound device isn't your default device. Please review your sound device settings.
And opens up a window of those settings with audio devices currently in use, only to show me this:
Headset
Bluetooth Audio Device
Not Plugged In
Trying to play music but only the laptop speakers are giving off sound.
No other errors are present. Troubleshooting didn't help. The properties are stating that the device is working properly and the headphone's LED is indicating a successful connection. All of my drivers are updated, I even checked them with several updating software. I've had a Canyon Bluetooth headset before and it was working fine. The Bluetooth connection works perfectly with my smartphone, no errors there. What could be causing this problem then?
