My HP pavilion zv6100 labtop will not play sound. I upgraded from windows XP, so I needed to do a custom installation. My recovery CD will not play on windows 7 64bit and it will not run the software or install the divers when I open up the recovery cd and attempt to install from the disk folders. I really don't know what to do next. My computer came with conexant and muiltimedia audio controller/ pci modem, but it only shows a yellow caution sign now every time I go into device manger. I have tried updating the software but with no luck I keep seeing a code 28 and the message that no drivers are found.
