Just out of curiosity, did you use LatencyMon to find out about this issue too? Also, I'm going to try Firefox and IE if it still happens, although if smiths22 is right, then it won't make much of a difference.

Things that show up on Latency Mon, Video and Internet. Both of these relate to your watching Netflix, for example, as both video and internet are involved. Video comes into play, heavily, with gaming.

The GTS450 is a relatively old video card. I have a GTS450OC in my recording studio backup system. It doesn't fare well in some benchmark tests.

yes i did, i better just gave up and learnt to live with the issue. Also i have a Bose speakers so the windows audio by default was never been good so i've been using SRS WOW since 2009, it improved the sound but the audio stuttering happens from time to time and there'ss nothing i can do about it.
