Try reverting back to old drivers, uninstall either via Control Panel -> Add Programs and Features, then run a Cccleaner to remove any registry/file leftovers. If you don't have any entries in Programs and Features, go to Device Manager -> Sound, video and Gaming devices -> Realtek *********, right click -> uninstall -> tick "Remove driver files too". Then CCleaner.
In both cases, reboot after uninstall and run ccleaner after rebootm then, reintall your older drivers, it should be OK.
Sorry if something is not too acuratem I have a spanish OS so...
