I had the same problem. Just reboot and check device driver to see if the numbers changed. If not, try installing again and restart. It will stick eventually. I to never noticed the software taking over and asking to reboot or installing after a rebooot. But it did install some how lol

I did, no joy!!
After re-boot it's installing a Micro$oft driver.

keep trying! I had the same issue and then it worked!

When I go to Realtek site I get this message which is in a looop!! lol
