Windows 7: Audio devices not detected

He can try, but there is no realtek being detected by windows, this is the only sound device showing,

Oh your right sorry missed the nfo post. At this point I would run driver fusion to clean out any sound stuff only atm then reboot and see what windows thinks. https://treexy.com/products/driver-fusion/download Matt I would just analyse the system with it before deleting anything, pick realtek sound.

I'm not understanding why this isn't in the system so Windows 7 can see it.
