Others can hear themselves speaking when I have Push to Talk on

I've been searching everywhere for an answer to this and I haven't been able to find anything helpful yet.

When I hold down push to talk or am talking through voice activation, others can hear themselves speaking. This wasn't an issue until a day ago when I tried reinstalling my Realtek Audio Drivers to get my USB Mic working. (Another issue altogether)

I use the front Microphone and Headphone jacks and also have a stereo in the rear green jack. My Realtek Sound Manager actually has my headphones and speakers as the same playback device, which I prefer because I like being able to play music through my speakers or headset without switching default playback devices.

Even when I reinstall my Realtek audio drivers with only my headphones plugged in, Realtek recognizes they are headphones as the playback device but people still hear themselves when I talk.

My Sound Mixer is disabled, my pink line-in is muted through my Playback. The "Listen" option in my recording device is unchecked.

I feel it has to have something to do with my Realtek settings, but I've tried virtually everything with no results. The worst thing is, I need to be on Ventrilo with someone just to be able to test it.

Can anyone think of any other solution besides reformatting and reinstalling Windows?
