Services Needed For Windows Audio To Run?

I was trying to optimize my W7 Pro 64 bit machine for music, according to a guide put out by Sweetwater. One of the steps is to disable all services (after first hiding all the MS ones). After doing all the steps, I lost my Windows Audio Service. I figured out that I need to enable Windows Audio and the Endpoint Service, but it wouldn't enable. I got two errors, 1722 and 1088. I discovered that one thing I needed to enable first was the power service. That got Endpoint running again, but not Win Audio. I didn't know what else to try, so I enabled them all. That got Win Audio going again.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows what other service might need to be running in order for Win audio to work?
Also, any thoughts in general on whether this is good advice to begin with, disabling all services?

I don't think you need to start disabling stuff to optimize win 7 for anything, that being said the question was what services does windows audio need.

According to Black Viper,

(Make sure you change the tab to windows 7)

Thank you derekimo. I ended up using a guide, where I disabled about 20 services, stuff I don't use, like Bluetooth, Remote Desktop, Smart Card, etc. I'm leaving well enough alone for now, but it's cool to have that list you provided, which I will hang on to.

You're welcome, I don't blame you, I'd leave well enough alone too.
