High DPC latency after new drivers

Hi everyone, recently upgraded drivers for

-Intel USB 3.0
-Intel LAN
-Realtek Audio

Download:Intel(R)_USB_3.0_eXtensible_Host_Controller_Driver_4.0.4.51.zip(idinf:317963)

Download:0005-Win7_Win8_Win81_Win10_R279.exe(idinf:286228)

Download:PROWinx64.exe(idinf:320484)

I have also matched the new driver setting with my old one, it's identical in terms of playback quality (44.1Khz, CD) and network setting is similar.

It should only let you roll back to the last one in this screen. You could also try system restore.
