So! Basically every time I open my computer the audio icon has a smaller red X icon and tells me the Audio Service is not running. The point is my audio is crystal clear and my speakers work perfectly even if the X icon is present. if i just adjust the volume, the X icon goes away. And it's pretty frustrating to see that every time when i start my pc so..anyone knows how to help?

Plus I would be running a quick sfc SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
i have this problem before in Windows 10 and i solved it.I updated all audio drivers and Speaker driver(you can update it if the have).
So everything is ok now?? Actually I found with 10 that Windows found drivers for me even ones thta did not exist on the Toshiba site.
In any case I always get drivers from the machine manufacturer or the manufacturer of the device. For find out that I use HW Info and if you click on the components list it gives you the installed device and it's maker.
HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < just make sure you get the bit version.
Good stuff mate and that link I sent it is only very small and free program and very handy for finding what is inside your machine and it also gives really in depth info on those components - I keep it on all my machines.
To use it I did this little ditty up if you are interested in using it in the future
Using HW Info
PART A:
You can test the volts on the PSU with HW Info HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < download the right bit version and close the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power section where you will see what the volts are doing see my pic. In my pic the section (Nuvoton) with VBATT is a dead give away you are in the section for the rail voltages. There are other section titles and one that pops up often is ITE
Now the voltage on the different rails have to be within 5% =+/- of what is required or the machine will not work properly if at all.
Limits +/-
12v = 11.4 – 12.6v
5v = 4.74 – 5.25v
3.3v = 3.135 – 3.465v
The Power good signal voltage at pin 8 on the 24 pin plug (grey cable) should be the same as the 5v rail reading/s

The original right hand window shows the machine running and is handy for that but for looking at the components in some detail close it and use the main left hand side panel

Open each small square with + in it on the section the components are in and then click on the individual component/s (it will highlight in blue) - in the right hand side will appear all sorts of details including brands speeds and other essential info that particular device. See pic for example.
