Your motherboard specs say it has Realtek audio,

The second one down here is the Realtek driver,

You have to select Win7 64 on the left first, (the blue arrow),

It's a zip file so you will have to unzip it first, that will give you a folder realtek_hd_audio inside that is another folder HD_6.0.1.7806, inside that is an ASIO folder.

Inside that is the installer,

Just double click or right click and open.

Let it install, you may have to restart to get full functionality.
