Windows 7: Playback devices: Earphone alternative has disappeared

I tried to download the two files under Sound at the Dell link that you provided but I wasn't successful. Neither is compatible with Windows 7. They seem to be designed for Windows XP. Am I doing something wrong here?
Below I have inserted information on the two files that I found at the Dell site.
