No audio from blu-ray through HDMI

After hours of reading forums and troubleshooting i haven't solved anything..
Im trying to play blu-ray on my HDTV through HDMI. I have PowerDVD 9 installed so i can run Blu-rays. Heres what works:

Sound and video from blu-ray works on laptop speakers and headphone
Sound and video from non hd video works through HDMI using powerdvd
Video only from blu-ray works through HDMI using powerdvd

Heres some specs:
Windows 7 home premium 64bit - fresh install
Intel dual core 2.16 GHz
320GB hard drive
4 GB ram
GeForce 8400M GS 256MB directx10

When i used vista, I would just switch my playback device to Realtek Digital Output before playing blu-ray and everything work well.

I know there are similiar threads but i havent found one that helped yet.
Thanks in advance

This is what works if i just want to play regular videos through HDMI.

Alright, i have some more troubleshooting results..
When i connect the hdmi and right click on "realtek digtal output" to play a test sound it plays correctly on my tv through HDMI.

I also tried playing regular DVD's with powerdvd and it didnt work.. I just got video to play through HDMI, no audio. But if i play a video off my hard drive without touching any settings, it plays fine. And like with blu-ray dics, everything works fine if just play it through my laptops speakers.

Hi there
Does the digital audio out give any sound at all -- for example can you output the sound into the digital input of a "Cinema type amp".

Is it surround with the correct codec.

As a last resort you could just use the video via HDMI and audio via an external amp. (Most TV speakers are usually junk anyway). Just run an optical cable from your audio out into your amp -- If you are using HDMI I'd assume you've got a decent surround sound system).

Cheers
