Can I have DTS and AC3?

Hi, I have to change my audio settings (in Sharks Windows 7 codec pack) each time I use Cyberlink PowerDVD or WMP to watch a movie that has either DTS or AC3 audio. For example, if I've just been watching a movie with DTS and had the audio working, now if I want to watch a different video file with AC3 then I have to go into Sharks audio config and mess with it to get audio to actually work.
The only way I can get around this is to use Media Player Classic, as this plays both types of audio without any problems.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
