Windows Media Player 12 doesn't play the MP4 and SRT together, but does play AVI and SRT together. I have the Shark007's codec pack installed. Doesn't work: movie.mp4 movie.srt Does work: movie.avi movie.srt
can WMC play mkv files?

i installed the win7codecs (Shark007.net - Windows 7 Codecs) and WMP can play them fine
