Realtek front panel- audio & mic not recognised

After connecting to the front panel my headphones (audio and mic), nothing happens, no sound through them. How to fix that?

IS this tut about that? Realtek HD Changing Jack output reassignments ( FIX )

If so, I didn't find DevType_0888_SS147b1083 or ending in DevType_0885_SS18490890
    mine ends like 9999

    Hi iMaStEr,

If you have an AC'97 front panel, it won't work with HD audio unless you change the following setting in the Realtek HD Audio Manager. It needs to be checked, as shown.

    Thanks!

I also want to ask, what exactly the option "Headphone Virtualization" does? I see you are using it. I tried with it, without it, but in every way I hear sound thorugh both: speakers and headphones.

I'm not to sure about the Headphone Virtualization, although I do check the box. For your other query, see the last paragraph here AC'97 and HD audio front panel layouts
