Hi jnum, welcome to sevenforums :)
please go to start - search - device manager
    look for unknown devices
right click unknown device/s - properties - details
in the property drop down box
    select hardware Ids
select all, copy and paste the information back here
repeat for all unknown devices, we'll see what drivers we can find for you :)

Looks like there were never any Vista drivers for that C-Media chipset that ever got released. The closest I could find were 64bit drivers that were for XP/2003 (file attached - unzip and try install in 2003 compatibility mode)
But honestly, I think your best option will be to look for another PCI sound card

Nearly five years later, the package from this link did the trick for me!

The one provided by the user "thefabe"

For resolving the following issue : code 10 for HD Audio device on a ASUS P5AD2-E Premium motherboard

    I proceeded this way:
    - download the zip file and unzip it to my desktop
    - install manually the driver by selecting the INF file in the extracted folder
