"Headphones" option in sound is gone.

I don't know what my problem is exactly, so i don't know how to search to see if this problem already exists in this forum. =/

Anyways, when i right click sound, there were always 4 options.

my problem is that the "Headphones" option is gone. and i need to use that one.

Yes my headset works with the speakers, but i dont want to use them through the speakers, as my game i play doesn't work while thats enabled.

It did work however when i used it through the "headphones" device.
but it has somehow now disappeared.

Is there any like driver i can download? or a way to just add that sound option in there?

I have tried restarting my computer, i even reinstalled the OS. nadda =(
